Botafogo has the 4th largest surplus in 2021 and becomes 5th in the ranking of clubs with the most debts

the consultancy Sports Value released this Tuesday (3) a detailed study on the finances of Brazilian clubs, based on the balance sheets for the 2021 season.

All the main clubs in the country, with the exception of Atlético-MGpublished their official figures by the April 30 deadline.

The biggest financial power of national football, the Flamengo led the rankings for revenues, expenses and surpluses. THE palm trees also figured well, ranking 2nd in these categories.

The situation is more worrying in Minas Gerais, since the cruise had the worst deficit among all the clubs analyzed in the study, while Galo continues to lead the list of the biggest debtors in Brazilian football.

THE Sao Paulo also worried his fans, with a very serious deficit of more than R$ 100 million last season.

In Rio de Janeiro, teams like Vasco and Botafogo had breaths of spirit, showing positive numbers last season.
