Brazil has 78.2% of the population vaccinated against Covid-19


the campaign of vaccination against covid-19 reached this Thursday, 5th, the mark of 78.22% of the population with the initial, two-dose or single-dose, complete regimen. The Ministry of Health, state health secretariats and the website Coronavirus Brasil reported that 430,951,265 Brazilians received at least one dose of the immunizations available so far.
The survey also indicates that, of this total, 177,550,128 citizens were vaccinated with the first dose, 159,157,150 took the second, 89,015,754 received the booster dose and 5,228,243 took the single dose of Janssen.
Piauí (93.4%) and São Paulo (91.4%) are the states that continue to have the highest percentage of people vaccinated with the first dose, followed by Ceará (87%), Paraíba (86%) and Paraná (85 .9%). At the other end, Amapá (64.9%), Roraima (69.1%), Acre (72.8%) and Tocantins (72.3%) have the lowest rate.
To elucidate the status of vaccination in each of the 26 states and the Federal District, LOOK produced a survey that demonstrates the number of doses available for each location according to the National Immunization Plan, the number of vaccinated and the percentage of immunized in relation to the population of each state.
