Camaquã reached the mark of 186 lives lost due to Covid-19, this Thursday (5), with the death of an 83-year-old woman. According to the Municipal Health Department (SMS), the woman had a clinical picture of hypertension.
THE epidemiological bulletin today also confirmed eight more cases of corornavirus. The new patients are five women (13, 56, 71, 78 and 83 years old) and three men (31, 56 and 69 years old). Most have mild symptoms, only three have moderate symptoms (female 13, female 71 and female 83), and all were diagnosed with the disease through rapid antigen testing.
With this update, the municipality has 14,977 known infections and has 14,766 cases recovered (98.6%), 25 patients in recovery (0.2%) and 25 people being monitored for suspicious flu-like symptoms. Deaths from complications caused by the coronavirus correspond to 1.2% of the total confirmed cases so far.

At Nossa Senhora Aparecida Hospital (HNSA) four patients are hospitalized in exclusive beds for the treatment of coronavirus. There are three people in the ICU (one awaiting test results and two confirmed with the disease) and one in the ward (already positive for covid-19).
The latest survey on vaccination in Camaquã in the panel of the State Health Department (SES) shows that 88.8% of the vaccinated population has at least the first dose (D1) of the immunizing agent, while 51.8% has the three-dose vaccination schedule (D3 ) complete. This means that the municipality has 66,478 people able to receive the vaccine and, of these, 57,187 were vaccinated with D1, 52,863 with D2, 1,876 with a single dose, 28,343 have already taken D3, 609 the booster dose (D4) and 255 the additional dose. So far, Camaquã has received 146,890 doses and 141,133 vaccines have been applied.
