The time is coming! Mines and Sada cruise will face each other this Sunday (8) in the tiebreaker of the best-of-three series of the final of Men’s Volleyball Super League. The duel will be broadcast on open TV, on closed TV and on streaming. With a win for each side, whoever wins will be the champion!

In the first game of the final, Cruzeiro took the lead by beating Minas by 3 sets to 2. In the next match, Minas got the change and also won by 3 sets to 2, in a memorable game. Now, next Sunday (8), we will have the last and decisive confrontation of the main competition of national volleyball. Whoever wins will win the title of the elite of the modality.

Willian has 11 consecutive Superliga finals and fights for his seventh title. The setter was one of the highlights in Minas in the victory in the second game, where the team lost by 13 to 10.

“In times of pressure, the most important thing is to know that you’re ready, that you’ve worked for it all year and solve the situation. Will it work? I don’t know, but you have to be calm, knowing that the work was done and that at some point things will come out. That’s my role as a lifter, as the most experienced guy”.

For the setter Cachopa, the “blackout” suffered by Cruzeiro in game 2 still has no explanation. The player believes that the team lowered the pace in some moments of the match.

“We had difficulties in position one. It’s a position that Wallace attacks on entry, Rodrigo attacks on exit. We made mistakes. We didn’t take advantage of the balls we had to kill the game. And Minas did well. I think that our pace has slowed down a lot. This is a final. It can’t happen”, he commented.
