TAUBATE FOLLOWS VACCINATION AGAINST COVID-19 NEXT TUESDAY – Taubaté City Hall

The Prefecture of Taubaté continues with the vaccination campaign against Covid-19, next Tuesday, May 10, with the following vaccines, places and times:

CORONAVAC VACCINE:

PUBLIC:

• 1st and 2nd doses of CORONAVAC for Pregnant women and puerperal women (with and without comorbidities), over 18 years of age. Pay attention to the schedule of the vaccination card.
To present:
Puerperal women (up to 45 days after delivery): RG, CPF, proof of residence in Taubaté and the child’s birth certificate.
Pregnant women: RG, CPF, proof of residence in Taubaté and the follow-up and/or prenatal card or medical report.

• ADDITIONAL dose (3rd dose) for Pregnant and Postpartum People (with and without comorbidities), over 18 years of age. who took the 2nd dose at least 04 months ago (for those who took two doses of the Butantan/Coronavac immunizers): present RG, CPF and proof of the 2nd dose of the vaccine against COVID-19, applied in Taubaté.

Vaccination rooms:

UBS Mais Gurilândia: from 8 am to 4 pm. If necessary, passwords will be distributed until 3 pm.

UBS Mais Mourisco: from 8 am to 6 pm. If necessary, passwords will be distributed until 5 pm.

Pamo Bosque da Saúde: from 8 am to 3 pm. If necessary, passwords will be distributed until 2 pm.

JANSSEN VACCINE:

Public:

• 1st dose for people aged 18 and over.
To present: RG, CPF, Municipal Computerized System Card (SIM) or proof of Taubaté address.

• ADDITIONAL dose (3rd dose) for people aged 18 years and over who took the 2nd dose at least 04 months ago (for those who took two doses of immunizing agents from Butantan/Coronavac, Fiocruz/AstraZeneca/Oxford and Pfizer/BioNTech) : present RG, CPF and proof of the 2nd dose of the vaccine against COVID-19, applied in Taubaté.

-1st ADDITIONAL DOSE (3rd dose) for People with a high degree of immunosuppression, over 18 years of age and at least 28 days after the last dose of the vaccination schedule (for those who took two doses of the Butantan/Coronavac immunizers, Fiocruz/AstraZeneca/Oxford and Pfizer/BioNTech).
To present: RG, CPF and proof of the 2nd dose of the vaccine or single dose against COVID-19, applied in Taubaté and a copy of the medical document proving the high degree of immunosuppression.

•Additional dose for people with a high degree of immunosuppression, over 18 years of age. People with a high degree of immunosuppression are considered individuals who have:

I – Severe primary immunodeficiency;
II – Chemotherapy for cancer;
III – Solid organ or hematopoietic stem cell (HSCT) transplants using immunosuppressive drugs;
IV – People with HIV/AIDS;
V – Use of corticosteroids at doses ≥20 mg/day of prednisone, or equivalent, for ≥14 days;
VI – Use of immune response modifying drugs *;
VII – Auto-inflammatory and inflammatory bowel diseases;
VIII – Patients on renal replacement therapy (hemodialysis) and
IX – Patients with chronic inflammatory immune-mediated diseases.
* Immune response modifying drugs considered for eligibility for additional vaccine dose for immunosuppressed persons: Methotrexate; Leflunomide; Mycophenolate mofetil; Azatyprine; Cyclophosphamide; Cyclosporine; Tacrolimus; 6- mercaptopurine. Biologicals in general (Infliximab, Etanercept, Humira, Adalimumab, Tocilizumab, Canakinumab, Golimumab, Certolizumab, Abatacept, Secukinumab, Ustekinumab) and JAK inhibitors (Tofacitinib, Baracitinib and Upadacitinib).

-2nd ADDITIONAL DOSE (4th dose) for People with a high degree of immunosuppression, over 18 years of age and at least 4 months after the 1st ADDITIONAL DOSE, regardless of the immunizing agent applied.
To present: RG, CPF and proof of the 1st ADDITIONAL DOSE of the vaccine against COVID-19, applied in Taubaté and a copy of the medical document proving the high degree of immunosuppression.

Vaccination rooms: ESF Jaraguá, ESF Vila São José, ESF Santa Isabel and ESF Planalto. Hours: 8 am to 3 pm. If necessary, passwords will be distributed until 2 pm.

PFIZER VACCINE:

Public:

  • 1st dose of PFIZER Vaccine for people aged 12 to 17 years.

To present: RG, CPF or SUS Card and the Municipal Computerized System Card (SIM) or proof of residence in Taubaté in the name of the father, mother or legal guardian.
And if the legal guardian is not with the minor at the time of vaccination, the companion (of legal age) must present the “Term of Free and Informed Assent – Legal Representative of the Minor.”

  • 2nd dose of the PFIZER Vaccine (Attentive to the schedule of the vaccination card, the interval between the 1st and 2nd doses must be 8 weeks = 56 days according to the Technical Document Vaccination Campaign against COVID-19 – 26th Update – 26th of October 2021).
    To present: RG, CPF and proof of the 1st dose of the vaccine against COVID-19, applied in Taubaté. And if the legal guardian is not with the minor at the time of vaccination, the companion (of legal age) must present the “Term of Free and Informed Assent – Legal Representative of the Minor.”

• ADDITIONAL 1st Dose (3rd dose) for People with a high degree of immunosuppression aged 12 to 17 years or older, including pregnant and postpartum women who took the 2nd dose at least 08 weeks (56 days) after the last dose of the vaccine schedule (second Pfizer dose).

Observation: after the end of the ASTRAZENECA vaccine, the PFIZER vaccine will be applied to complete the vaccination schedule, that is, the 2nd dose:

  • 2nd dose of ASTRAZENECA Vaccine (Attentive to the schedule of the vaccination card, the interval between the 1st and 2nd doses must be 8 weeks = 56 days according to the Technical Document Vaccination Campaign against COVID-19 – 26th Update – 26th of October 2021).
    Present: RG, CPF and proof of the 1st dose of the vaccine against COVID-19, applied in Taubaté.
