Motorola Edge 30 officially arrives in Brazil with a free Bluetooth headset

As revealed in teasers, Motorola brought to Brazil this Tuesday (7) the Motorola Edge 30, the newest member of the company’s premium smartphone family. Focused on offering an advanced experience at a lower price, the device comes equipped with a new Snapdragon chip, 144 Hz AMOLED screen and 50 MP cameras, still guaranteeing to be “the thinnest 5G phone on the market”.

Motorola’s launch comes equipped with the Snapdragon 778G Plus chipset, a revised version of the 778G used in the Edge 20 with higher CPU and GPU speeds, accompanied by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, with no possibility of expansion. With a thickness of 6.79 mm and a metal and glass construction in graphite, blue and rose colors, the Edge 30 is guaranteed to be the thinnest 5G phone in the world, having a similar design to its more powerful brother, the Edge 30 Pro.

The screen is one of its highlights, with a 6.5-inch pOLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The display supports HDR10+ content playback and has a 10-bit color depth, thus promising to be able to display over 1 billion different hues. The media consumption experience is complemented by stereo sound, powered by Dolby Atmos.

The cameras also received special attention in the Edge 30, which houses a 32 MP selfie lens housed in a hole centered on the screen, along with a triple set of rear lenses with a 50 MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), ultrawide. also 50 MP with 114° field of view and macro function, and 2 MP auxiliary sensor for depth calculation.

Even though it is thinner than its predecessor, whose thickness reached 7 mm, the new Motorola phone has a slightly larger battery of 4,020 mAh, with support for fast charging of 33 W – the charger, as well as a simple protective case, is included. In box.
