ZTE Axon 40 Ultra released globally with under-display camera and Snapdragon chip; see the price

ZTE is introducing the Axon 40 Ultra, its most advanced high-end phone, to the global market this Wednesday. The manufacturer will expand the availability of the “killer of flagships” to several countries in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa after winning over their audience with an under-screen camera and other high-end features.

The Axon 40 Ultra draws attention for dispensing any obstruction on its screen with an area utilization close to 100%, that’s because its 16 MP front camera is “hidden” under the 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and 1,500 nits peak brightness.

The rear camera set is larger than the conventional one by using three 64 MP sensors, being a main lens, a wide-angle lens and a periscopic lens with 3.5x optical zoom. All sensors support phase detection autofocus. The main camera is capable of recording videos in up to 8K at 30 FPS.
