The centenary São Mateus Farm
At the initiative of councilor João Vagner, businessman Eduardo Villela de Andrade was awarded the Motion of Applause, in the Chamber, for the beautiful conservation work of the traditional São Mateus Farm. Over 300 years old and of great historical importance, the farm was visited by Emperor Dom Pedro II and experienced the heyday of coffee production in the 19th century, producing 25,000 bags a year. It was also one of the favorite strongholds of former president Getúlio Vargas.
Belly dance success
Laura Ruela Braga (9 years old) highlighted all her talent at the Amadança Festival, winning second place (belly dance modality) in all categories, including adults. Representative of Escola Mares das Artes, she performed with choreography by Iomar Xavier. Laura is the daughter of Eliane and the doctor Glower Braga – one of the directors of Unimed.
10 years of Uniben Saúde
With a lecture by Gisele Paula, CEO of Instituto Cliente Feliz and co-founder of ReclameAQUI, the benefits administrator Uniben Saúde celebrated its 10th anniversary. Meeting with Piquet in Brasilia
Sérgio Bara, who now divides his time between Iso4 Comunicação and Four Tr4c – authorized Autotrac in Juiz de Fora and region – participated in Brasilia in the national ‘workshop’ of the leading company in vehicle and truck tracking in Brazil. The meeting brought together more than 500 professionals among the owners of the 58 authorized sales and after-sales consultants. During his visit to the Anápolis Hub (GO), Sérgio met with the founder and president of Autotrac, the three-time Formula 1 champion, Nelson Piquet. He also had lunch with the former pilot and the board, when Nelson recalled the importance of the then president Itamar Franco in hiring the Embratel satellite for the start of Autotrac’s operations.
