This Saturday morning (11), the U-15 and U-17 teams from palm trees thrashed União Mogi, at Academia de Futebol 2, in Guarulhos (SP), for the last round of the first phase of the Campeonato Paulista in the categories. Already classified for the knockout stage of the competition, the teams from Verdão maintained their 100% success rate.

In the first confrontation of the day, a good victory for the Sub-15, which defeated the opponent by 4 to 0. The highlight was Murilo Dourado, shirt number 9 of Verdão, who scored two beautiful goals. The other goals were scored by Heittor and Daniel Eller.
The squad coached by Léo Mendes opened up even more advantage to the second place with 24 points added in eight games, 44 goals scored and only four conceded.
The other rout on Saturday against União Mogi was due to the Sub-17 team, which applied 8 to 0. It all started with defender Eduardo Carvalho scoring two goals in a row. Afterwards, Estevão, from a penalty, Jhonathan, Patolino and Luigi extended the count in the first stage.
In the second half, again Luigi and Patolino, in another penalty kick in favor of Alviverde, closed the scoring. Now there are also 21 points scored for the U-17, in addition to 40 goals scored and four conceded.
The details of the first commitments of the Sub-15 and Sub-17 teams in the next phase of the competition will be defined soon by the São Paulo Football Federation. Verdão will be in group 14 of the second phase.
