Carvoeiro returns to the field next Friday (17), to welcome Brusque, at Heriberto Hülse, for the 13th round of Série B
A 14-year-old taboo was broken on Friday night (10), at Arena Condá, in Chapecó. That was the time Criciúma didn’t beat Chapecoense at the rival’s house. And the triumph, which is also the first for the Club to play away from its domains in this Series B, was won with quite a comeback.
Claudinho, Vagner (against) and Marquinhos Gabriel went to the net to reverse Chape’s 2-0, to 3-2 in favor of Carvoeiro. With the victory, Criciúma reaches 16 points and climbs three positions in the table, reaching sixth place. After the final whistle in the classic, the author of the turning point, Marquinhos Gabriel, celebrated the important victory of Tigre:
“We are very happy, especially for the victory. We started a little below what they are used to playing, and then they took over the game. We have a team that plays in the opponent’s field, puts the opponent in their defense field. we knew how to do that. And above all, we had balance to achieve this victory. We know that a result of 2 to 0 (against) is very difficult to achieve (the comeback). Congratulations to the whole team. We are very warriors. These kids really deserve this victory today. Praise everyone. Congratulations are all due”, scored the attacking midfielder.
With the result, Criciúma is two points behind the G-4 and leaves Chape in 16th place in the table, at risk of entering the relegation zone this Saturday. Carvoeiro returns to the field next Friday (17), to receive Brusque, at Heriberto Hülse, for the 13th round of Serie B.
