Apple has announced that all iPhone users will have access to the “Apple Fitness+” app. The novelty will be available until December in 21 countries, including Brazil.

The app was released about two years ago, and was only accessible to Apple Watch users. Now, even those who don’t have an apple brand smart watch will be able to use the app.

Apple Fitness+ offers 3,000 exercises and meditations, guided by a diverse and inclusive team of trainers.

Users will be able to follow the coach’s guidance on the screen of their iPhone, iPad or Apple TV+, as well as having access to information such as rest periods and/or calories burned. When used in conjunction with an Apple Watch, the user also has access to more real-time, personalized metrics.

Starting next Monday (12), Apple promises new content on the platform, including guests and influencers to encourage people to practice physical activities more often.

According to Apple, the content will be available in English with subtitles in Portuguese. As for the price, the service costs US$ 9.99 per month or US$ 79.99 per year in the United States, however, there is still no information on how much the subscription will cost in Brazil.

For those who purchase a new Apple Watch Series 4 or later, Apple Fitness+ is offered free for three months. For those who already have a smart watch from the brand, it is possible to use the service for free for a month.
