Armie Hammer’s ex talks about cannibalism and rape allegations against the actor – Jornal do Oeste

Elizabeth Chambers declined to participate in Discovery+’s House of Hammer documentary about allegations of abuse, harassment and cannibalism involving the actor and her ex-husband Armie Hammer, with whom she has two children, Harper, 7, and Ford, 5. After two years of silence, the actress commented for the first time on the subject in an interview with E!, last Wednesday, 21.

According to her, her life “has been hell for a long time.” No wonder Elizabeth decided to escape the press by moving with her children to the Cayman Islands. However, Armie’s divorce is still not finalized and the ex-couple remains in contact. “We talk all the time. We are totally dedicated to our children and so we are together as much as possible in a non-romantic way. Children need their mother, children need their father,” she justified.

About House of Hammer, the model confessed that she did not want to watch it, but she did so with a support network and was surprised, as she had expected. “It was obviously heartbreaking on so many levels, and very painful. But at the same time, [a situação] exists,” he said, adding that “the past is the past and all we can do is take it as a time to learn and listen, and hopefully process and heal in all capacities.”

Elizabeth does not believe the documentary is appropriate for her children, which is one of the reasons she declined to participate. “In this process, all that really matters is the kids and our family, and that wasn’t something that would align with my goals for them.”

Produced by Discovery+, House of Hammer features testimonials from Courtney Vucekovich and Julia Morrison, Hammer’s ex-girlfriends, and Casey Hammer, the artist’s aunt, who detail the toxic environment in which he grew up.

Women who have had relationships with the Call Me By Your Name and Death on the Nile actor talk about his behavior changes and reveal messages that demonstrate possessiveness and abusive practices.

The first allegations against Hammer emerged in January 2021, when the actor had leaked messages that revealed extreme sexual fantasies, such as cannibalism. He ended up having jobs canceled and in July of this year he was seen working as a salesman in the Cayman Islands.
