The coach Luiz Felipe Scolari is dissatisfied with the Athletico team and expressed his irritation after the 2-0 loss to saints, for the 28th round of the Brazilian Championship. Hurricane played a bad game on Tuesday night, in Vila Belmiro.
After the setback, the commander regretted the red-black posture in the last three games. Felipão mentioned that the drop in production happened after advancing to the Libertadores final, in the draw with Palmeiras. The final against Flamengo is on October 29, in Ecuador.
In the period, after qualifying, Athletico lost to Peixe (away) and drew with Cuiabá (home) and Avaí (away). The Hurricane, thus, wasted chances to enter the G-4 and remains in sixth place in Serie A, with 44 points.
It hasn’t been working out in the offensive part, in the defensive part since the classification. Either we’re going to change again or we’re going to continue like this in this total doldrums. We’re going to get into a bad situation.

Felipão has been reinforcing that the team needs to be well in the Brasileirão to get strong in the Libertadores final, in a single game. For that, he promised changes in the team for the next round.
We lost to our own mistakes. I have to change this mentality, the responsibility is mine. I’m not getting this change. It’s time for us to understand each other, otherwise we’ll let our opponents have better conditions than us.
