In the streaming war, platforms are preparing big releases for October with the intention of vying for the crown with the mighty but decaying Netflix. A Marvel Halloween Special, Star Wars Animation, and The White Lotus Season Two Arrive at Disney+ and on HBO Max to liven up the next few weeks for subscribers.

Shantaram (day 14)

The series travels to the past to tell the young man’s perspective on the bustling establishment. Inexperience and family problems make your workday a complete mess.
Werewolf in the Night (day 7)

Kevin Feige made a lot of mystery with Marvel’s Halloween special. Less than a month from the launch, the studio president officially announced Werewolf in the Night and has already released the first trailer for the attraction. In black and white, the production will stray from the superhero formula and should scare. The novelty of the D23 Expo could change the structure of the Avengers world.

Coach Marvyn Korn (John Stamos) is back! The series follows the basketball coach who, after being fired from college for behavior problems on the court, must accept a position as a teacher at a private girls’ school. During the plot, the character tries to calm his temper to lead them to glory.
Star Wars: Stories of the Jedi (26th)

In this Disney+ anthology series, the streaming service travels through Star Wars mythology to tell the stories of the Jedi. And, during the trailer, fans can already see some old acquaintances from the galaxy. Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen), Mace Windu (Samuel L. Jackson) and Ahsoka Tano (Rosaria Dawson) star in the action-packed animation.
Bam in the series aimed at children
According to the animation synopsis, the plot will follow Bam (Batmobile), Bibi (Batgirl’s motorcycle), Red (Redbird), Jett (Batwing) and Buff (Bat Truck). The group of heroes must face the challenges of being a newly formed superhero team in this mix of Cars (2006) and Batman.
The White Lotus – Season Two (30th)

Big winner of the Emmy 2022, The White Lotus returns with a completely different plot at the end of October on HBO Max. This time, the resort where the rich stay is in Italy, which promises beautiful scenery – and lots of good food. The cast includes the return of Jennifer Coolidge and many new faces, such as F. Murray Abraham, Tom Hollander, Michael Imperioli, Theo James, Aubrey Plaza and Haley Lu Richardson.
