Anyone who is a football fan eagerly awaits the World Cup. However, to the delight of the fans, this “distress” is already close to an end. The ball will roll from the 20th of November, a Sunday, at 1:00 pm (GMT), at the Al Bayt Stadium, in Al Khor, Qatar, in the match between the hosts and Ecuador, for Group A. Brazil will debut only on the 24th, a Thursday, at 4 pm, at Lusail Stadium, against Serbia.
The Brazilian team, commanded by coach Tite, is part of Group G, alongside Serbia, Switzerland and Cameroon.
There are 32 teams gathered in eight groups with four teams each. In total, there will be 64 games. The final is scheduled for December 18th.
Brazil goes in search of the hex. The 26 players selected by Tite for the World Cup in Qatar will be announced on Monday (7).
TRUST IN HEXA
The president of CBF, Ednaldo Rodrigues, says he is confident in winning the sixth. “I have never stopped believing in Brazilian football and I am very confident. There are difficulties, of course, but God willing, we will overcome them,” he told Bahia Notícias.
