iQOO Neo 7 SE announced with 8200 Dimensity and 120W charging

After postponing its event, iQOO finally introduced its new cell phones in China. In addition to the iQOO 11 flagship line, it also brought a new member to the Neo family: the iQOO Neo 7 SE.

It is the first cell phone in the world to debut MediaTek’s Dimensity 8200 chipset and “dries” some specifications of the iQOO Neo 7 to deliver an affordable price.

The iQOO Neo 7 SE has a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with FullHD+ resolution (2400 × 1080 pixels), 20:9 aspect ratio and support for 120 Hz refresh rate, as well as a hole-punch camera.

Under the hood, it comes powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8200 chipset. It has a maximum speed of 3.1 GHz and is produced in 4 nanometer lithography. It has up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. For power, there’s a 5,000mAh battery unit with 120W fast charging support.

At the rear, it features a triple module with a 64-megapixel main sensor and a duo of 2-megapixel macro and depth sensors. For selfies and video calls, there is a 16-megapixel front sensor.

For biometrics, the device has a fingerprint reader under the screen and facial recognition unlocking. As for connectivity, it brings Bluetooth 5.3, dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC and GPS. On the operating system, it brings Android 13 under the Origin OS 3 interface.
