The World Cup continues at full steam in Qatar and several indexes about the tournament appear. This Wednesday, FIFA released a list of the 10 strongest kicks that ended in goals in the tournament. For now, the leadership belongs to the Mexican Luis Chávez.
Chávez dropped a real bomb to give Mexico victory against Saudi Arabia. The kick reached an incredible 121 km/h, becoming the strongest of the World Cup so far. The second place goes to the Japanese Ritsu Dōan, to tie the match against Spain, with a finish of 120 km/h.
The German Niclas Füllkrug, also against Spain, managed to reach third place, with 118 km/h. Fourth place goes to Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, who kicked the ball in a penalty kick against Ghana. CR7’s shot reached 117 km/h.

Closing the Top 5 is the shot of the English striker Harry Kane, who scored one of the goals of the great English victory by 3-0 against Senegal. The kick was at 115.86 km/h. His compatriot Rashford, against Wales, was close, with a kick at 115.63 km/h and occupies sixth place.
In seventh is the Welshman Gareth Bale, with a shot of 113.89 km/h to score against the United States. The eighth place, in turn, is the French star Kylian Mabappé, who finished at 113.74 km/h to score one of the winning goals against Poland.
To close the list, Moroccan Youssef En-Nesyri appears in ninth place, who sent the ball at 113.23 km/h against Canada to score, and Dutch talent Gakpo, in tenth, with a shot at 111 km/h against Ecuador.
