This may be mainly due to excess weight or inflammation of the abdominal cavity, and the cause of this inflammation may be mainly gas and / or constipation, especially in women due to hormonal disorders, menstrual cramps or menopause, bloating due to pregnancy or other physical reasons.

There are several reasons why more fat accumulates in the abdomen, such as: man’s own constitution.
