The tournament kicks off on Tuesday, December 12 with Saudi Arabia’s Al Ittihad against New Zealand’s Auckland City. The winner of this match will face Egyptian Al-Ahli in the first series of the quarter-finals.
For his part, on Friday, December 15, Leon will face the Asian champion Urawa Red Diamonds.
