We can almost touch with our fingers the eighth studio album by Miley Cyrus. A new musical project in which the singer seems to have put all the meat on the grill to review a transcendental vital moment both in her personal and professional facet. And despite all the details that we already know about Endless summer vacation, the singer has revealed an important aspect of this new recording adventure.
Through her official profile on Instagram, the American soloist has taken the opportunity to address her gigantic legion of followers and make it clear that the concept of the album is divided into two parts. Something like the order (or the moment) in which you should listen to the songs.
“When it comes to the Endless Summer Vacation sequence, I split it into two parts: AM and PM to represent almost one act. Morning to me represents morning time, where there’s a buzz and energy and there’s potential for new possibilities. It’s a new day. He continued: At night, it feels like there’s something sneaky, seedy and kind of grime but glamorous at the same time. At night, it’s a good time to rest, it’s a time to recuperate. Or it’s a time to go out and experience the wild side. In Los Angeles, there is a certain energy at night and you can feel the problems coming to the surface which is very inspiring for me,” explained Miley Cyrus through the posted video on their social networks.
Nearly three years after releasing Plastic Hearts, Miley is all set for the release of Endless summer vacation (ESV), an album she recorded in Los Angeles with production by Kid Harpoon, Greg Kurstin, Mike WiLL Made-It and Tyler Johnson. “The Midnight Sky singer describes Endless Summer Vacation as a love letter to Los Angeles that showcases the confidence she’s found since focusing on her mental and physical well-being. The LP is headlined by Cyrus’ powerful lead single and current number one 1 Flowers” can be read in the launch press release sent to the media.
We will have to wait until March 10 to hear the full result. But as it follows the path of Flowers, we can predict that we are facing one of the albums of the year.
