With this bet, Samsung TV Plus completes the main film genres: Action, Comedy and Romance under the Runtime brand to target all audiences on the platform.
Samsung TV Plus is an operator of the FAST marketplace, the new television model based on the broadcast of free content over the Internet. This service contains more than 100 channels available in Spain, to which the user has access without the need for a subscription or registration. The service, pre-installed on all its connected televisions since 2016, increasingly incorporates a greater offer by including channels from various genres, such as news, sports, entertainment and a growing catalog on demand.

Runtime Action will offer 24 hours a day with movies packed with adrenaline and testosterone: titles like ‘The mercenaries’ –with an ensemble cast headed by Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jayson Statham–, ‘Traitor’ –starring Don Cheadle– or ‘My life now’ –with Tom Holland and Saoirse Ronan–.
Runtime Romance will contribute Romantic comedies and dramatic films, including ‘Postcript I love you’ –with Hillary Swank and Gerald Butler–, ‘New York, I Love You’ –with Bradley Cooper, Cristina Ricci and Natalie Portman, among others– and ‘My two loves’ –with Joaquin Phoenix and Gwyneth Paltrow–.
Finally, Runtime Comedy will issue comic titles for the entire family as ‘Legal kind’ –with the interpretations of Al Pacino, Christopher Walken and Alan Arkin–, ‘Leaves of Grass’ –starring Edward Norton and Susan Sarandon– or ‘Superhero Movie’ –with Leslie Nielsen and Drake Bell–. The three channels, available from March 8, will add an original programming of more than 500 hours.
