Santo Domingo, Mar 31 (EFE).- The Dominican urban singer Tokischa and the American Coi Leray released this Friday a remix of the song “Players” by the latter of these artists, whose original version was released on November 30 and which has already been versioned on other occasions.
The promoters of the Dominican singer stated in a statement that the “controversial” Tokischa was invited by Coi Leray to perform the collaboration, which is being released through the Uptown Records/Republic Records record label.
The theme already has several remixes such as “Players (David Guetta Remix)”, “Players (DJ Smallz 732 Jersey Club Remix)”, “Players (DJ Saige Remix)” and “Players (DJ Saige Remix)”.
In this new version of “Players” the song undergoes a Latin trap transformation, in which Tokischa takes up the original with a flurry of angular flows, alternating between Spanish and English, representatives of the Caribbean artist explained.
«Coi Leray strikes back with a Spanish touch, bringing these two lyrical powerhouses together for the first time in this remix. The single has everything to become a worldwide hit and is expected to become the new anthem of the summer,” they added.
Previously, the Dominican singer has participated in record productions with Madonna and Rosalía, among other internationally famous artists.
Tokischa will be part of the cast that will kick off this Saturday at the AX Ceremony Festival of American rapper Travis Scott.

Coi Leray, in this part of his career, stars in an episode of the RapCaviar Presents docuseries along with the Dominican-born rapper Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion.
