A beachfront villa in Costa Careyes, Jalisco, has entered the real estate market at a cost of $15 million dollars. The main attraction of this property is that the sisters Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner stayed theremembers of the famous Kardashian clan.
According to various media outlets, the sisters stayed at this beachfront residence in early 2021, just after spending several days in Aspen. It is presumed that they paid $6,500 per night and they took advantage of each day of their stay to show off the beauty of the place on social networks and, of course, their bodies as well.
The current owner of this villa is Filippo Brignone, heir to the banker of Italian origin Gian Franco Brignone. The history of this villa, known as Sol de Oriente, began in the 1960s when the banker flew over this tropical paradise.
At that time Costa Careyes was a 20,000 acre desert with everything to be developed and Brignone had the idea of being in charge of turning the place into an exclusive paradise. To make this idea possible, the Italian visionary hired a team of architects to design and build several high-end villas.
To date, this Mexican coast has been visited by stars such as Tom Ford, Robert De Niro, Mick Jagger and Uma Thurman.
Among all the villas built in the last century is the residence for sale where the Jenners stayed. Its construction was completed in 1999, under the design of the French architect Jean-Claude Galibert, and it stands out for having several structures.
Among the structures is the main house that has three suites and many more luxuries. This main residence includes a pool in the edge of the moat. Additionally there are two smaller houses with one room each, both are located just beyond the large villa.
Another of its main characteristics is its yellow façade, which undoubtedly stands out among the blue of the sky, the sea and the trees that surround it.
