Yves Tumor has shared another single and its corresponding music video in anticipation of what will be his next album Praise A Lord Who Chews But Which Does Not Consume (Or Simply, Hot Between Worlds)which is scheduled for a March 17 release via Warp Records.
“Heaven Surrounds Us Like a Hood” is produced by Noah Goldstein (Frank Ocean, Rosalía, Rihanna, Bon Iver) and mixed by Alan Moulder (Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails), who brings forceful clarity to the heady mix of melodies. addictive and risky arrangements executed with great audacity.
The single was also co-produced by Yves Rothman (Girlpool, Amaarae), along with a gorgeous live chorus arrangement and contributions from band members Chris Greatti along with Dylan Wiggins (Rosalía, Vince Staples) and Lemar Carter (Solange , Demi lovato).
